Strava not syncing with Fitbit

I have the strava app and it has worked in the past, but now it wants me to go to strava settings on my Fitbit mobile and log in. I’m logged in on both of them. How do I get them to get back into sync?

Hi @Terriash are you asking about the Strava app on your Versa? If so then your not having a sync issue, you simply have to log into your Strava account. 

Open the Fitbit app, go to account, Versa, apps, strava, settings and log in.

Or is it the case of the run event not transfering to the Strava account

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I have logged in to my strava account as you suggested, but still getting the same error message. I’ve even rebooted my Fitbit, but to no avail. 😔
