Strava not syncing with Fitbit

I have spent hours looking at all the forums and I have done everything as in revoking authorization and re installing and connecting the apps and Fitbit but still Strava doesn't update after I have done a run.

 

Strava have said it is Fitbit not pushing data through to them and Fitbit when I called said it is Strava! Please help! The reason I have bought this Fitbit is to use with Strava!

I am sorry for the delay in respond and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If you keep having problems connecting Strava with Fitbit, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
