I did a hardware update this morning and decided to change the clock face for a change.
I chose the new clock face and went to change. That was a few hours ago, every time I try, a message tells me unable to install , try again later .Ive tried uninstalling and installing again , but no luck. what should be my next move please ? I also tried taking off my iPhone and installing on my iPad but no luck there either. Thanks in advance Julie

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Then, try a Fitbit clock Face.

Ive done a restart now, and now it won’t sync to my iPhone. A message just keeps popping up telling me CONTINUE INSTALLING ? As if it’s stuck trying to install the clock. It then asks me to try again, then fails again. There doesn’t seem to be any way of aborting the installation and trying again. Everything I try it tells me an installation has failed and to try again . I have turned off my iPhone and started again but still the same.
