Hi Bindybear,
I had the same issue and wanted to contact the app developer by clicking on that button in my Fitbit app. That button to me to a page with a manual in Chinese (I think...) and English which mentioned that for the app to work and graphs to show you need to keep the app active in the foreground for 6 hours. Pretty absurd if you ask me, but I'm trying that now going that it'll work.
Good luck!
PS: if anyone from Fitbit is reading along: why doesn't Fitbit have this function of continuous stress/HRV monitoring as a standard option? I had a Garmin device before which gave me graphs of stress levels during the day instead of just an average value for the entire day. I really expected that from my Fitbit device too. Am I missing something?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Wiza.
Thank you for sharing the steps you followed to resolve the issue with Stress Management graph.
There is a suggestion called "Add continuous stress monitoring on Charge 5". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
Have a nice day.

Hi Edson,
Thanks for your suggestion! I have a Versa 2 watch so I'm not sure if that feature suggestion (for the Charge 5) would apply to me. I guess not. I'll have another look around at the community forum to see if the topic is already treated somewhere and otherwise post it as a feature suggestion for the Versa.

Thank you for your response, @Wiza.
Some suggestions can apply to different Fitbit devices, but you can definitely make a new suggestion specifically for the Fitbit Versa 2.
On another note, you are welcome to visit the Health & Wellness board to talk with other members about health and fitness.
See you around.
