My Versa Lite went trough several phases in last two days:
1. Fake button press - resulting in constant turning on and off the screen and vibrations on my wrist. (I've tried to clean it with a toothpick, air and water - it is waterproof, right?)
2. Button is dead - but it works just fine with motion sensed auto wake.
3. There was one more fake long press after which I can’t escape the menu.
I've tried to change the clock face from the iOS app but it went right back to the menu. My only hope is to drain the battery and then, maybe I'll be able to use it again.
Yes, I did contact support but so far there was no response 😞
Is there any other way to get out of that menu?

My Versa Lite died completely in the meantime so I’m sending it back tomorrow morning. I really wish it wasn’t advertised as waterproof. This really ruined my active vacation.

Hi having the exact same issue today with my versa, started during work (I'm a surf instructor) what can I do to fix this?
