My Fitbit Versa Lite was having problems with syncing to the app so I went to restart the watch to see if that'll help. This is when I got stuck on this screen with the big red X. I've looked through all of the forms and posts about this and tried restarting it again, removing the device from my phone/app, Bluetooth, and so on. I tried to do a factory reset and for some reason I can't get that to work and it just does a regular restart while I know I'm doing it how I'm supposed to. I've tried so many steps and I'm getting upset here because I've been really enjoying the watch. Any help will be appreciated on how to fix this issue, thank you.
