Versa 2 Not Receiving Any Notifications

I just got my Versa2 in the mail today. It has the latest firmware. When I first set it up it was getting email notifications only. Now several hours later it gets no notifications at all. I have set it up correctly. I updated the fitbit app. I unpaired the watch. I reset it. I deleted the app and readded it. I've restarted my phone over and over. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Help?

Hi @SamanthaJanette  What phone are you using? There are a few notification issues around at the moment with various phones with the latest updates.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 +. I had to factory reset it four times before it started getting notifications but now it won't sync at all. It wouldn't auto sync and now it won't sync at all. Completely useless.

I have a Versa (not Versa 2). Last year they posted a known issue that devices weren't receiving notifications. They took it down this year which I assumed meant it was fixed. I have also tried all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and have restored the device back to factory settings, set it all up again - still nothing. I called Fitbit who walked me through some of the same troubleshooting steps again and of course it didn't work. They then told me their tech teams are aware that this is still an ongoing issue and there is no ETA for a fix date. I asked them to re-post the known issue on the troubleshooting page so we stop wasting our time thinking its a one-off issue when it's widespread.
