hi, competitive swimmer here. as of 3/20/19, my resting heart rate was 50 bpm and has been continuously in the low 50s for the months before that. today is 4/10/19, and my resting heart rate is 60 bpm. i’m a competitive swimmer, and my workouts haven’t changed at all since then. still swimming the same number of days a week, and i don’t think my diet has changed much. however: my period has been very irregular these past couple cycles. it’s been very light or totally skipped. i’m not sure, but could that have something to do with my heart rate increase? if not, what else could it be? is it my fitbit or my body that is weird?

Hi, could be both, certainly because your wrote this: "it’s been very light or totally skipped". To be sure restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If your RHR goed down after this, you know for certain that it's on fitbit's side. Good luck!!

@adeziegl Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with the resting heart rate issue that your Versa is experiencing.
I'd just like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your heart rate got back to normal after restarting your Versa as recommended my friend @SunsetRunner.
As a side note, please make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.
Looking forward to your response! 😀
