Suddenly no sleep scote

Hi all

For the past 5 days have not had a sleep score Versa 2 is recording sleep accurately bit no score. Unusual as it's always been consistent I might have one night once in a while when I don't get a score but this is now 5 nights in a row I've not worn it any differently just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this

I bought my Versa2 last week and it hasn’t recorded any sleep score for me. I’ve tried every idea posted on the forums and nothing works. This watch is going back to the store.

I actually managed to get a score again last night I've lost some weight so I tightened my strap one notch that seems to help...I know you said you tried everything have you tried tightening it a little? See if that helps

Thanks, I’ll try it. I too have lost weight and am thinking the face might to big for my wrist.
