Support from fitbit is horrible

I have been attempting to have my brand new Versa3 replaced. It was not tracking my sleep properly.  After several communications with the company they had me ship my watch back.  I was sent a refurbished watch that fell of the band atleast 3 times a day.  Once again I shipped it back.  I have been getting this matter resolved for over 2 months and still do not have a working watch.  It was only 3 months old.  I have been trying to get a status on chat and they are not even able to follow what is going on to get me a status as to where my watch is........
