Hi I have versa 3 and I've been swimming with my watch since may but over the last 5 weeks the swim recording isn't working. It does you meters but doesn't do the lengths or calories anymore.I have mentioned it on the chat but that was weeks ago and it's still not fixed

Ciao, a me sta capitando per il nuoto con versa acquistato nel 2019. Funzionava tutto bene fino all'ultimo aggiornamento. Calcola i metri le vasche le calorie, ma quando trasferisce nella app i metri diventano km.

Maybe I solved it: by doing this I managed to permanently correct the data on the Fitbit Mobile App:
1) download Fitbit dashboard to PC
2) in swimming training, correct the wrong distance and saved
3) synchronize with Fitbit Mobile

Remains to be verified with the next training session:
1) synchronize the Fitbit Versa with PC to have the right data on the dashboard
2) synchronize the Mobile App with the PC
