Hi @heidi2355, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, certainly your Versa 2 is not working as the way it was designed. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
