Versa isn't receiving notifications

Hi Team,

I have Oneplus 6T and Onleplus 7T. I tried with both phones, notifications are not receiving to Fitbit versa device.. I tried with factory reset to Fitbit versa number of times. But the issue is same. Earlier I have no issues with Moto G6 Plus Phone.Please do the need full.

Try:

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device

Fitbit Versa 2
