I'm not too sure what has happened. But I updated my fitbit this morning and now my scroll up has stopped working which means I am unable to see things like how many steps I have left to complete each hour - everything else on the screen works, just not that.
I have restarted my fitbit, factory reset everything and have shut it down and turned back on again.
I'm not too sure if this is a problem with the update itself or whether my fitbit has stopped working.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂

@Chloelukoshield Known issues. Today app needs an update. Try checking if there's update for Today app in your Fitbit mobile app. If yes, that's great, update. If not plug your tracker for a couple of hours in the charger. It should update the Today app eventually by itself (usually within a few hours).

Hi, the swiping up feature after updating to the new version is a well know problem/issue, which is known by Fitbit and they are trying to solve this. Even if you use a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself, the problem is the same. So, just be patient untill Fitbit has fixed this bug.

Actually it solves itself. I had the same thing, no 'today' on the tracker (as almost everyone seems to experience), neither any today-app to be found in the installed/available apps. Then suddenly, for somewhat unclear reasons, it came back again, all there, nice and working. So... be patient 🙂

"So... be patient", that is what I advised in my post above yours!

@lenny4d Yeap. It updates itself automatically after some time. One just needs to make sure they're running the recent Fitbit mobile app from what I heard.
