Sync and notifications issue

Hello!

My Huawei p20 pro losing sync with my Versa all the time. Suddenly I don't get any notifications anymore. Need to sync in app or restart my phone. Like every 20 minutes. WHY?!

I have sync all day, all the time, all notifications on and everything. 

Please help me with this or I will return my new watch, but I like it and want it to work like it should...
