Sync problem after last firmware update

I have been having problems syncing the Versa II after I finally did the firmware update last week.

I am syncing with a Samsung tablet. It had worked well until a few days ago.

 

The problem is "device not found" when I launch the fitbit app.

If I restart the Versa II then sync works.

Annoying.

Consider yourself lucky yours will sync after turning it off and back on. Mine hasn’t sync’d properly since the new update and not at all since Saturday no matter what I try. To top it all off, the clock is 3.5 hours slow. 
you would think Fitbit would be able to put out a statement saying @@we know we screwed something up, but we’re working on fixing it”. But it’s just crickets chirping from them.

I had delayed the last update for a long time and finally applied it hoping that they had fixed the problems. I was wrong.

 

Did you try calling them? In the past they have done free replacements sometimes after an update bricks the Versa II.
