Hi there I’ve got a problem syncing my versa with my app
I’ve checked app is up to date and it’s asking me to update my versa but it just keeps searching and doesn’t seem to find my device.
Move also plugged it in so it’s charging too
many help is gratefully received

The usual things to try when you get syncing / connection issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

your not the only one their I have the same issue too my band doesn't what to sync and they what to before like I worn my band ever day & I raely have any issues now I do I even turn my phone off & reinstalled the app & nothing

I am having similar problems. I have reset in every suggested way over the past week and it is no longer consistently syncing with my phone or even counting steps or staying on. It will just restart without me doing anything. I have only had this since June and I purchased one for both my father and I. Needless to say I am very disappointed as I bought mine for work. Please help!

If it's restarting on its own then it sounds more serious than a syncing issue. I would contact customer support.

@bakejac have you tried the steps in post #2 in this thread? If they don't work for you then it's best to contact customer support.
