Hi, I h ave had my Versa for about a month now and it was tracking my sleep fine until about one week ago. I took the advice of the Fitbit people on the forums and restarted it. I also tightened the wristband at night. That has made it a bit better, but sometimes it still doesn’t track my sleep. Sometimes it also tracks inaccurately (I will go to bed at 1 am and it won’t start tracking until 5 am). I have to adjust it in the morning, which is kind of a pain since I paid so much for it and I like it otherwise!
I use an iPhone X to sync.

@Nanners11 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. however, I would like to follow up on the inaccurate sleep tracking issue that your Versa is experiencing.
I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your Versa before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your sleep during the next 2 nights and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi, do I need to have my Fitbit connected to WiFi for better sleep tracking because currently the device says it is not connected? It syncs fine with my app, which is connected to wifi, but the watch itself doesn’t want to connect to my WiFi network.
Never mind about the WiFi. I read that it cannot connect to password protected networks, such as the one I use at home. I will try a factory reset.
Hi Juan,
I did the factory reset yesterday. Seems to be working well except I still had to adjust my sleep log this morning. I went to sleep about an hour earlier than this picture says I did.
Sleep is still not tracking correctly after two days. Maybe I need to switch it back to “normal tracking” instead of sensitive?
I went to bed around 1:15 am.
I went to bed at 1:15am and this is showing I went to bed at 2:30.
I have done the most recent app update and did a factory reset a few days ago. I wear the band pretty tight every night. My settings are set to sensitive. What else should I do?

My clock says the same time on both my phone and my Fitbit. How do you change time zones or check which one it is in?
Never mind. I found the time zones and they are correct.

Hello, just wanted to let you know this is happening again. I will monitor it for the next couple of nights.
How do I turn off sleep score? I have an anxiety disorder which sometimes causes me to move around more. I don’t like that it scores based on how much I move during sleep. Is there an option to turn it off?
I got it to work correctly again the last couple of nights. Still wishing I could turn off sleep score though.

@JuanJoFitbit Thanks very much. I did vote on it and hope you will consider it. Also, whatever the issue was with the sleep logging was resolved, at least for the time being. Thank you.
