Sync, quick reply and charging issues-Versa

Does the Blaze have just as many problems as the Versa? My Versa will not sync, cannot quick reply, and I had to go buy a new charger because that didn't work at one point. Maybe the Blaze is better option, my Versa won't do anything that the Blaze can't and I bet the Blaze will sync.

I tried some of most of your suggestions and my Versa is functioning properly! I'm not sure which worked, but I haven't had any problems in the last few days. Thank you!!!
