Sync, then no sync, finds Sense when I have a Versa Lite - all with new app, Android & Win10.

After the 3.37.1 app update, and what I thought was FW update by connecting to my Win1 PC w/USB (but maybe no FW update, I dont know), syncing was working for a whole day - so something changed.

 

It synced whenever I asked. Then this morning, no sync. Correspond to midnite auto sync? I dont know. But I want to remove an app, and to do that I need to connect to the device, but it will not connect.

 

Ive done all the permutations of powering off and removing devices, unpairing, reinstalling, no luck.

 

Versa Lite has FW 38.72.1.9

Had the newest app loaded on my LG Android 7.0 would not pair consistently, searching would sometimes show Versa Lite Classic, sometimes would show Versa Lite.

 

Have the newly released app on my Samsung Tab A, Andriod 7.1.1, same as L&G phone, would show Sense, Versa Lite, or Versa Lite Classic when searching. Pairing almost impossible, never synced.

 

This morning went to Windows app, loaded newest app, 2.44.1977, BT searching shows either Sense or Versa Lite depending on when I search, sometimes it shows both. Pairs to Sense ( not Versa Lite), but app does connect or sync.

 

Now I removed the device from my account and tied to install it again.

 

Went to Win10 Add BT device, found a Versa Lite this time ( I changed nothing), but will not connect. Say try again. No go.

 

Check the windows BT Sense drive, windows says its up to date.

 

Im stuck...

 

Factory reset???????

Sense/Versa Lite issue solved, someone else in the house has a Sense w/o my knowledge... but Versa Lite connection issues still persist. Thx.
