Sync versa with 12WBT

Hi,

 

I was wondering when will it be possible to sync the versa with the 12WBT app. Obviously I wear my versa 24/7 so it will be great if my data could be sync to the 12WBT as it is a pain in the bum to have to enter everything manually. I’ve already talk to their support team and it seems that when it comes to any newer  Fitbit smartwatches, it has to do with Fitbit giving authorisation etc...

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums.  The place to make a request like this is to start a Feature Suggestion.   Fitbit makes these changes based on user interest.  You might want to reach out to their support team again.  The 12WBT app will integrate with the Fitbit app.  It doesn't matter what Fitbit you wear, new or old.  It's app to app.  But yes, Fitbit and 12WBT need to work together.

Thank you! Unfortunately, I was told by 12WBT that any new Fitbit with heart rate won’t work for the moment because Fitbit hasn’t yet given permission. But I will definitely going to start a feature suggestion!
