Syncing Deezer Music Versa 2

Hey everyone. I need some help. I bought my versa 2 the beginning of Jan and I had no problems syncing music to my watch from Deezer. I decided to add some more music and when I had to Force sync, it deleted all my music off my watch and i can sync any music at all! I tried a force sync and it says “preparing music download” for a few mins then stops and I check my watch and it says “No music, got to app etc”. Is anyone else experiencing this? I checked for updates on my iPhone and Fitbit... everything is up to date. I even turned off blue tooth and did an entire factory reset and still nothing!! I’m super sad as I enjoyed not having to use my phone for music.... hopefully this is a glitch and gets resolved soon but in the meantime... HELP!!

Same here. I got mine in October and was able to sync a playlist from deezer, meaning I could go running without my phone. A few days ago I tried to update the playlist with more songs. When I synced, the songs showed in my Fitbit but were greyed out and would not play. I did all the troubleshooting including resetting and disconnecting the Fitbit and when I went to set it up and Re-sync, this time I could get no music at all. It prepares for download and sits like that for a few mins then just stops without explanation. Very frustrating as being able to take music with me without my phone was a major selling point of this watch.

Did anyone get this fixed. Just got my Versa 2 this week and trying to use Deezer trial and it will not sync. Does this exact thing. Even unlinking and relinking account and rebooting the watch.
