Has anyone else had problems syncing personal music onto the Versa? the app doesn't work at all!!

Hi @jacqueline3623  You need to sync personal music from a computer/laptop. It wont work from your phone.  Are you trying using a computer?

The thread linked below is the best one I know about transferjng music. I follew Eric's steps and I have never had a problem. Hopefully it will work for you. The Ionic is the same as the Versa in this aspect so dont be put off that it is written about the Ionic. Good luck!
