The Fitbit Versa 2 hasn’t successfully synced with my IPhone 12 since September. It isn’t able to find it. My phone signal is so weak, that the Fitbit techs cut in and out. I know the software needs updating. It isn’t useful without the weekly reports I used to get.

Hi @MarkyMark2022 - don't attempt the update if you are having trouble with syncing. And do it only if you know there is a problem on the watch that is fixed by the update.
In your case logout of the app and swipe off the active window and restart the phone and watch, and try sync again.
It will need phone location and Bluetooth on and a working internet connection to succeed.
