Syncing and battery issues

Challenges are not getting sync as well as Versa watch not syncing with phone in regards to steps. I'm so disappointed, does anyone else have issues like that and battery drains to fast?

Hey @YellowPenny, a warm welcome to the Community.

If your challenges steps are not updating is because you are experiencing syncing issues. I recommend following the instructions provided in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article and once you get to sync your tracker, your steps for challenges will update. About the battery, check this post and follow the steps there.
