After the most recent firmware update to the Versa Version 1 my Fitbit no longer stays synced to my phone. It will sync if I turn on the app. But before it would just stay synced all day. Every update is a new set of bugs not fixes just bugs

Hello @Cybdiver, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and taking the time to share your thoughts with us. To resolve this, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if the issue persists.

Let's blame the consumer! Let's send him the sync instructions like he's clueless. How insulting. I've only been a Fitbit user for 5 years on my 3rd and final device. If you read my post you would have seen that my Versa worked just fine until Fitbit pushed out the last update. After the update is when the problems started. Hummm must be user error. Couldn't possibly be the firmware update could it? Or do you get points for sending out old information to experienced users. And don't have someone mark it as best answer because it's not. Look just fix the update, or as I call it the virus you folks sent out.

How exactly does that work were you chose your own answer as the "Best Answer"? is it an ego thing or a Fitbit thing? Actually your answer is wrong. I uninstalled the App off my laptop and for a brief moment was able to reconnect. It did not fix the sync issue, or the Bluetooth connectivity. So on what planet is your answer the best answer? I would really like to know how you take that choice when your answer does nothing more than refer me to basic steps? Does it give you great joy to blame the user? To spew out useless information that I read before posting here? As I have said 100's of times the Versa worked just fine until Fitbit started forcing the updates upon us. It's really insulting. Your answer is not even close to being the best.
