Syncing difficulties between Versa Lite and iPhone 8

My versa lite Fitbit has not been syncing with the Fitbit app, for the last 3 days. Even showing the incorrect time. The one time I did get it to sync, it only lasted for 15 hours, then was un-synced the very next morning. I’ve tried everything in these forums and nothing. I finally did a factory reset, now my versa lite is not syncing with my phone. Help please.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I’ve tried all of those, and still nothing, I’ve only had it for a little over 5 months. It’s stuck on the loading screen, will not connect.
