My versa lite Fitbit has not been syncing with the Fitbit app, for the last 3 days. Even showing the incorrect time. The one time I did get it to sync, it only lasted for 15 hours, then was un-synced the very next morning. I’ve tried everything in these forums and nothing. I finally did a factory reset, now my versa lite is not syncing with my phone. Help please.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Best AnswerI’ve tried all of those, and still nothing, I’ve only had it for a little over 5 months. It’s stuck on the loading screen, will not connect.
