Versa on iPhone 7
first started losing mins at the beginning of the week. Then took a few times to get it to sync.
turned Bluetooth on and off
uninstalled app reinstalled
soft set
full factory setup
device not found . Finally found device and set up yesterday morning only to lose time again 20 mins and last sync at 17.20 Checked again this morning45 mins slow and device again not found.
never had a problem with my versa till this week and I’ve tried every solution out there that works . Hopefully update or something can sort this

Hi @Shelleby, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the correct time with the syncing process, therefore, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iPhone 7 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Your update is appreciated @Shelleby.
Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me and for the screenshot that was attached. To further investigate, can you please let me know which phone are you using and which is your daughter's phone? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? I suggest you to try the following steps in the meantime I receive your answers:
Let me know if the issue persists.
