Syncing difficulties with Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is my 3rd/4th replacement versa I’ve had it 299 days and all of a sudden it is losing time and now won’t sync and is no longer discoverable for blue tooth.
I have changed my time zone from automatic to manual, I’ve reset the device, I’ve done factory resets (multiple) I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. And nothing has fixed the issue!!

Hi @Tashprew, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I am having the same issues too: losing time, not syncing Or even being recognized by Bluetooth. I deleted the device from my Bluetooth, I deleted the device from the fitbit app and it is not being recognized by both! I can’t even use it as a watch now since it won’t even keep time!

Thanks @RicardoFitbit @I have tried all these steps multiple times now. My versa rarely syncs and when it does its after I’ve restarted it or turned it off and off again and within a few minutes of syncing the time is slow again.
