Syncing issue Versa

After the latest bug fix update, my Versa has completely gone haywire... Its has spotty time sync and regular sync.

 

I have:

 

  1. Deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit Android app
  2. Rebooted the watch over and over again.

Do I need to reset the watch to factory settings? If so, how?
