I have an LG V20 and I've restarted the phone, restarted the Versa, uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app. Still no success. I'm using Bluetooth because I don't have wifi. It still says no internet connection when I click on the clock faces and app selection. Can't link to my versa when it's time to do the update. If it does, it **ahem**s off after an hour or two of trying to download. And even by then, it barely makes any progress.

Right now, for what it's worth, Fitbit is having issues with their servers. It says that syncing, setup, firmware, music, Weather, and the App Gallery are some of the functions that are affected. The best we can do at this point is to wait it out.
