Syncing issue

I got my Fitbit versa on Monday and I've been extremely happy with it since then. Now I just got a new phone, the same kind as before, and it won't sync. It still syncs to my old one (which I have to send back, I can't keep it). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as restarting the phone and it just won't sync. I'm not sure if there's some other process I need to go through to make it work with a different phone?

As you still have your old phone you might just need to unpair it from that phones bluetooth. I would turn the old phone off so there is no competition to it syncing to the new phone and turn off or remove from bluetooth range any other bluetooth devices. It might also help to restart your Versa a few times.  Let us know if that fixes it.
