Syncing issue

My versa has not synced in over a week. I have never had this issue. Have tried ALL troubleshooting tips and still won't sync. This is getting very annoying for the price that was paid for this device

My versa is now telling the wrong time alone with not syncing. Its frustrating me so much! I did the factor factory reset once and it worked fine for a few hours later but now isn't doing it at all. It will still read my my messages and phone calls but isn't syncing anything
