I got the new Versa Lite & have been having issues with s Fitbit & App staying synced. I've tried troubleshooting it with your instructions & it's work for a little while & then looses the sync & says it can't find the device. I never had this problem with my old Versa....wish I would've never lost it!
Best AnswerIf you check the forum posts, you’ll see that many of us have been experiencing this problem for over a month now. If I were you, I would just return the watch. Consider yourself lucky that you can get your money back. Or, you can wait like the rest of us and hope that the TechTeam can actually resolve this issue.
Hi, AFAIK, the Fitbit app is the same for both Versa versions, so updating the app should solve the syncing problem. My Fitbit app tolded me today also that it could not find my device and thus did not sync, untill I updated my Fitbit app and now all is functioning very well. regards, kuzibri
