Syncing issue

I've had my versa for a year and it has not had any issues yet but now it won't sync for the update. I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off and it won't work. It has full battery but i can't figure it out.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
