Hi there,
I have been talking to customer service but the trail for sorting the problem out seems to have ‘gone cold’ as it were! I keep getting ‘wait it out’ style responses.
my Versa is less than a year old but I am having issues syncing it to my iPhone iOS3.
All the app tells me is ‘No Device Found’. At the advice of customer service, I performed a factory reset of the Versa, which fixed the problem for a day but the Versa is now not found by the app or by the Bluetooth section in my phone settings again.
I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do now so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

My Versa (1)has not been switching watch faces very well. Gets hung up on new face selected (of 5 saved) for well over a day. In the meantime, it didn’t register my sleep. Finally got it to complete after 1) closing app 2) restarting IPhone that has the latest version of iOS, and 3) restarting watch. When it finally finished face install, magically my hours of sleep for last night appeared. Note it’s about 12:05 pm and the new face was selected yesterday afternoon. Ironically I got notifications and the watch face, although incomplete — according to the iPhone app — showed the time, weather and other stats including steps taken this morning. But app synch showed not completed until watch face finished. In the past, changing watch faces took no more than 5 minutes. Have noticed this problem since about 2 updates of phone app ago.

I can’t sync my Versa after restarting it twice. It shows connected on Bluetooth on my phone, but It’s scrolling through the language startup message. The mobile app can’t find it. Help please!!

I'm having the same problem on android. Sick and tired of trying to sync manually. Try about 7 or 8 times before anything updates. Tried restart...🙄

Did you initiate a customer service support ticket? I did and they said it would be a few days. So, I’m without a usable watch for now....

I had this trouble for awhile..now thankfully it seems to have sorted itself out
How I got round it was to turn off blue tooth also close the Fitbit app then restart my phone (I don't know if this will work with iPhone as im on Android) after the restart turn on Bluetooth and pair Fitbit relaunch app when I did all this my versa 2 synced ..and now I've no issues hopefully it's just a glitch in the update and it's sorted itself out

So I think I found a fix I deleted the Versa on the app then I deleted the app. Just like starting over then re installed the app added the versa back then It would sync. I'm sure there is an easier way but this worked for me.

Ok i will do it again .. but i had to do that a couple weeks ago and it only helped for 5 days and then back to no syncing .. i didnt have this problem till their new update or my new phone..both came at the same time so its hard to say which it is..but by the number of others having trouble with syncing im going to say its fitbit.

I agree it is with Fitbit. I don't know how long my "fix" will last but at least it sync finally. Not that it is a life or death thing but nice to have it working again

My daughter in laws 7 month old fit bit watch screen went blank on her and never came back..they sent her a new one. That one crapped the bed one month later she contacted them and and said wth..so they said they would give her a 20% discount towards another..lolol She said yea no thanks ..she couldnt believe she had to pay for a defective watch..she went to apple

I started to do your solution and was jotting down my info then just started syncing on its own. Must be FITBIT. Same thing happen yesterday. I called Fitbit and it started syncing before agent ask me the problem I had.

@KBonnaud did you have issues with bluetooth also? And did that fix it?
