Syncing issues with my versa.

Hi there, 

 

I have been talking to customer service but the trail for sorting the problem out seems to have ‘gone cold’ as it were! I keep getting ‘wait it out’ style responses. 

my Versa is less than a year old but I am having issues syncing it to my iPhone iOS3. 

All the app tells me is ‘No Device Found’. At the advice of customer service, I performed a factory reset of the Versa, which fixed the problem for a day but the Versa is now not found by the app or by the Bluetooth section in my phone settings again. 

I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do now so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I did have issues with BT and it did fix it for now

Yes. Bluetooth wasn’t working either. All good now.

Thanks I will try this again as my Versa2 does not sync at all now.

I tried the FIX and it worked for about 30 minutes. Bluetooth paired but
would not sync any data. Wifi worked for a little while then quit for about
2 hours. Now wifi works but my hours of more then 250 steps does not match
my watch. I am getting tired of messing with it. Going to look for a better
tracker (not FITBIT).

That would be fustrating, I don't understand why Fitbit come up with a
better update
