Syncing issues

I use an iPhone on a daily basis, and as of yesterday have had problems with syncing my device in the morning. I almost always have to either restart the Versa 2 or remove and re-add my device. Has anyone else had this problem? I've never had a problem syncing in the past.

I have similar issue with my Versa Lite - unable to sync with fitbit app. tried restarting and re-pairing multiple times including logging off and log back into the app - called customer service and no luck. They suggested me to purchase a new fitbit because my current device is out of warranty period:(

  • I am having the same issue with this new FitBit. Never had a bit of trouble with the old one. Can’t sync 3 or 4 days a week. Very frustrating.
