Syncing my Versa 3 watch

My Versa 3 watch does not sync automatically with my phone when I leave the phone in another room. When I am back with my iPhone I have to go through the whole procedure of going to settings, remove device, then go back to Fitbit app and sync, then press pair with phone then press allow notifications. It is getting annoying as I don’t carry my phone with me all the time. Any suggestions. My watch was bought in December 2023 so is new. Thanks

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 3.
There most likely is a problem concerning the Bluetooth connection. To hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest having a closer look here for troubleshooting:

Thank you for sending me the information. The watch still doesn’t automatically pair when it is near the phone. I have to do it manually which is a pain ie I have to go to iPhone settings and Bluetooth and remove device then go back to Fitbit app and sync the press pair. Is there a quicker way?

Sad to hear that non of the provided suggestions could solve your issue.
Has this issue been there right from the beginning, or has there been any change in hardware or software that might have caused it?
