My Versa 3 watch does not sync automatically with my phone when I leave the phone in another room. When I am back with my iPhone I have to go through the whole procedure of going to settings, remove device, then go back to Fitbit app and sync, then press pair with phone then press allow notifications. It is getting annoying as I don’t carry my phone with me all the time. Any suggestions. My watch was bought in December 2023 so is new. Thanks

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 3.
There most likely is a problem concerning the Bluetooth connection. To hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest having a closer look here for troubleshooting:
