My Versa will not sync nor track my sleep. I've tried syncing via the Versa but not working. I have a Samsung J5 2017 which has worked with my Versa since I got last September. Please help

HI,  I have the same problems but all my lights are off on the back of my Versa. I've had mine for a year now... I have been on this sight for a couple of hours now and found where the following posting on someones else post. 

 

"Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have a solution released soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the Community. I totally understand how frustrating this is and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving."

 

It sounds like there is an issue with an update that went out.  My fitbit was working great until I did the update.  I just wanted to share this information with you. Have a great day.

My HR and Sleep will not sync to the app.  Everything else did like my exercise and steps are.  Just those two.  My last HR data in the app is from yesterday and last sleep data is Thurs night into Friday. I powered on and off a million times, unpaired repaired, uninstalled reinstalled the app. My green light is on so... I'm outta things to try.
