Went on vacation, Fitbit didn't sync for 2 weeks, now it won't sync. How do I make it see my watch.

Thank you whoever at Fitbit noticed my question and got them to sync. A 72,500 step week, didn't want that to go to waste, all that pain must be acknowledged.
