My versa, after many problems syncing in the past, was working fine. Recently it's started being less reliable and now it hasn't synced for 36 hours. I've tried restarting, unpairing, all the usual stuff but no luck on my smart phone or laptop.
Any ideas gratefully received!

I've given up dealing with the Versa syncing problem. Generally I've gotten mine to sync about once a day, but as soon as it is removed from the cradle it loses its connection. As I understand it, there is a software problem affecting some watches. My watch is under warranty and I decided to get a new one. Hopefully it will be one of the ones that works fine.

I can’t tell you how many fitbits Iv had, same problem every time!!! I’m saving for a Apple!!!

I'm with you, but as long as the replacement is free, I will try it again. I just feel bad that I have been recommending the Versa to family and friends.
