My versa 2 updated a few weeks ago and it now has two clock screens. The updated screen with the clock, date and step tracker and then I hit the side button and it goes to old screen with the clock but date is wrong and won’t show steps. I have posted the pics of both screens

Hi @tbmason - long press the button to get to Quick Settings [or pull down on the watch face once and then again and tap on the 2 white bars] - turn off Always On.

Could the second one be some kind of a screen shot? The battery percentage isn't even the same.

No it is not a screenshot. It was my original home screen, then the battery died and when I charged it, it updated to that first pic. I just went to my settings and the "always on display" was on, so I turned it off and it went back to screen that is in the second pic. None of the info is correct tho.

@tbmason - in the case the information is not correct your watch is not properly linked with the app.

try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

You may also need to delete the watch Bluetooth entry on the phone and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device" and sync.
