When i take a walk in the results is spoken about 'tempo'. Example:          13' 16". What does that mean?

13 minutes, 16 seconds per "lap", i.e. mile or km, called "Pace" on English app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
