Hi @Nugent900  What phone are you using? If it is an iPhone, have you just upgraded to iOS 13?

I recently updated my iPhone and now my Fitbit Versa won’t receive any text messages. Any ideas as to why?

There's a problem getting some notifications if you upgrade to iOS 13. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates:

@frantastic13  That isnt a supported device, so it may not work perfectly. Try all the suggestions in the Article I linked above.

It's worked for the year I've had my versa until a week ago.

You have been lucky so far. With unsupported devices when something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker) that breaks the connection, no one is working towards gettingnit going again
