Fitbit, will you be updating messages any time so that we can actually respond by typing a message back. The preset messages are really not helpful. I customized them but it is still not useful. For the cost of the Versa, it would be a great asset as well as a great selling point.

1. On your phone, close the Fitbit app.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app, but do not remove or unpair your Versa.
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall Fitbit app and restart your phone again.
5. Setup notifications as you are used to, including quick replies and see if that solves the problems.
Best AnswerI have no problem accessing the quick replies it will let me do that on my versa. what I would like to know is if there's going to be an update that would allow us to basically type our own message each time not use a quick reply. it's already a touch screen and I don't see how it would be much more of a stretch than what's already being done. I just would like to get a better value out of my versa as the smartphone options.
