Text Notifications on Versa Disappear

Hi Guys

I have just set up my new Versa, and although incoming Text Messages sync OK with my tracker they vanish as soon as I open Messages on my iPhone!

I have heard it said that this is normal, although after having 2 Fitbit Blaze in the past I can't image that this is correct, is there a fix for this, or does anyone know if a fix is due, I like the previous option of clearing notifications when it suits me!

Hi, besides posting it here, I would suggest to post it also in the Feature Suggestions Board, this is especially for this kind of requests. Seems logical to me that once you opened the message on your phone, that the notification on your Versa disappears.

I appreciate your reply, although in my opinion it would be much more logical for Fitbit to leave the delete option to each individual users and what suits them. For example I would delete text messages on my Blaze every few days or when suited me, it wasn't a problem just a simple screen tap.

I think this modification was a mistake, and needs to be returned to user preference.
