As of today I am still not receiving any text notifications. I receive all other notifications except for text which is one of the reasons why I bought a versa. When will this problem this fixed? I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions many many times with no luck. Any idea of a date yet? Before Christmas?

Have you checked the quick settings on your Versa to check if the tracker is in its Do not Disturb mode?
If that is OK may we know what phone you have??

Versa 2 special edition I get phone notifications but no text, using iphone 6+. ios 13 checked all settings, unpaired, re-paired, reset, removed, re-added, tried using LG phone still didnt work. synced re-synced; I,m really frustrated I previously had the blaze no issues other than it was time for an update. I hope someone can offer a fix for this issues
