My and my husband's Versa 2s are a couple of weeks old. Notifications were working for both. Now mine don't work. I got upgraded to 70.7.14 and notifications stopped even though settings are set properly. I've rebooted, resynched, removed Versa 2 and reconnected Bluetooth, hardboot on Fitbit and phone. My husband's works fine but he is under version 68.
So, it appears the upgrade did something unintended???

Have you updated the Fitbit app yet.
Also it would be helpful to know the type of phones.

@KatWie when you say upgrade to new software release.
Is this the new firmware on the Versa 2, the Fitbit App, or the iOS 13? The pink banner above specifically States it is an issue with iOS 13 but I'm not sure which software update your referring to.
