Text messages not coming through my Versa 2

Help! I’m only receiving Facebook messenger and call notifications. I’ve tried the help chat FIVE times and even got an email from support with literally the same steps in it as the support chat gave me. I really love my Fitbit but would like for it to work properly. SO FRUSTRATING ready to give up and buy an Apple Watch.

While reading your post I was wondering (as you have an iOS device) if the text messages your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please confirm you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

 

If the above doesn't work, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team once again if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the outcome of your case.
